Our dedicated support team is happy to assist you on weekdays from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm. You can contact us by phone as well as by email to ask your questions and get support. We are also happy to provide direct support via remote internet access to efficiently access your concerns and provide real-time solutions.

For a quick processing of your requests:

  • Have the licence number of the Collax product ready. You will find it in the administration interface or on the licence certificate.
  • If possible, provide remote Internet access for remote maintenance, with which the support employee can log on to the system for troubleshooting.
