Microsoft Windows 11 requires the use of a TPM (Trusted Platform Module) device for installation. Fortunately, there is a solution to bypass this requirement and still install Windows 11 as a virtual machine (VM) on Collax V-Servers (V-Bien, V-Cube und V-Cube+): using Rufus, a popular ISO creation tool.

Thanks to Rufus, it is possible to install Windows 11 as a VM on Collax V-Servers, even if the system does not currently have a TPM 2.0 device. By creating a modified ISO image that disables Secure Boot and TPM 2.0, users can still virtualise the latest version of Windows.

It also offers the possibility to bypass the requirement of a Microsoft online account and thus gain more digital sovereignty.

The tool can be downloaded from the Rufus website.
