Why www.collax.com does not annoy with cookie setting?

On our home page you will not be asked to accept any cookie settings. How is that possible? Isn’t it a regulation that every website must ask for your consent? Yes, but only if cookies are actually stored. And since we don’t want to annoy you, we have decided against cookies. This means conversely, however, that we can not analyze your stay in the last detail on the basis of the cookies.
The only exception is the login cookie when you register in the partner area. Since this is technically not otherwise possible, these types of cookies are considered essential and explicit consent is not required.
